Marionette lines drop from the corner of the mouth toward the chin. They travel with jowls and a weak chin. Treatments: HA in the fold, chin filler / genio to change the shadow, DAO neuromodulator, cog threads, facelift when it is descent. Filling only the crease on a falling lower face is the same mistake as filling only a nasolabial fold.
