Palpebral fissure
Field Anatomy
Also known as palpebral aperture

The palpebral fissure is the opening between the eyelids. Looksmaxxing rates shape (almond vs round), length (canthus to canthus), and height (how much eye shows). Hunter eyes want a longer, shorter, tilted fissure; prey eyes a rounder, taller one. Canthal tilt is the angle of this opening. Ptosis, hooding, and upper eyelid exposure change height without changing bone.
