Hunter eyes is forum slang for a deep-set, positively tilted, low-lid eye area (the opposite of round, prominent "prey" eyes). Canthal tilt, brow ridge, and orbital anatomy do most of the work. Makeup, lighting, and squinting fake a little in photos. Surgery is oculoplastic if it exists at all for a given face.
The term is aesthetic slang, not zoology.
