Fat grafting moves your fat (usually abdomen/flank/thigh) into the face.[1] Microfat for volume; nanofat / SVF talk is more about skin quality than a jawline. Take is unpredictable — some of it dies. Looksmaxxing uses it as the “natural filler” after HA fatigue. It still is not bone. Overgrafted malar fat is a chipmunk; undergrafted tear troughs still hollow.
