Starvemaxxing is slang for starving down to show jaw, zygos, and hollows. Business Insider (2024) covered it as the diet pole of the TikTok wave; Francisco Lachowski said being tied to it was disheartening.[1] This wiki records the word. It does not treat starvation as a method. Low body fat that still eats is not this word; this word is the crash.
