Midface lift
Frontal skull
Facial skeleton (Commons). A midface lift is cheek/fold vector, not a full lower facelift.
Field Medicine
Also known as cheek lift, SOOF lift

A midface lift repositions descended malar/SOOF tissue — the volume that slid onto the nasolabial fold and unmasked a tear trough.[1] Approaches: endoscopic, transblepharoplasty, or as part of a deep plane facelift. Distinct from cheek filler (volume) and from LeFort (bone).

This wiki's view

The surgical match for a descended cheek on a nasolabial crease. Cogs are the limited-duration hitch; filler in the crease is camouflage. See nasolabial fold.
