Canthal tilt is whether the outer corner of the eye sits above (positive), level, or below (negative) the inner corner. Forums obsess over it as a "hunter eyes" vs "prey eyes" tell. It is mostly bone and lid anatomy. Makeup, brow position, and fat can fake a little. Surgery is oculoplastic, not a forum drill.
