PMMA filler suspends polymethylmethacrylate microspheres in a carrier (collagen in Bellafill).[1] The plastic stays. Revision is excision or living with it. “Permanent jaw filler” ads are often this or industrial silicone. Neither is a custom jawline implant. Granulomas are a documented complication class.
