Silhouette Soft
Field Medicine
Also known as cone thread, Silhouette Instalift

Silhouette Soft (and US Instalift kin) is a suture with absorbable cones, not cut barbs — PLLA/PLGA cones on a bidirectional thread that cinches tissue when pulled.[1] It is a named CE/FDA-adjacent product, not a generic cog thread. Still a thread lift: months-to-couple-years, not a deep plane facelift. Looksmaxxing sometimes says “silhouette” for any cone thread.
