Hyaluronidase hydrolyzes hyaluronic acid.[1] It is the undo button for hyaluronic acid filler and the emergency drug for an HA occlusion. It does not dissolve calcium hydroxylapatite, Sculptra, PMMA filler, or fat. Looksmaxxing “just dissolve it” assumes HA. Allergy and over-dissolving native HA are why this is a clinic drug, not a group-buy.
