The glabella is the skin (and bone beneath) between the eyebrows, above the nose. It is the usual lower anchor of the upper third and a cephalometric landmark. A heavy glabella is continuous with brow ridge; a smooth dent is the other pattern. Botox here is for frown lines, not bone.
