The forehead is the upper facial third: hairline (trichion) to glabella / brow line, on the frontal bone. Looksmaxxing rates height, slope, and width. A short, reasonably wide forehead with the hair off it photographs as a larger upper third; a tall bare panel is the “fivehead.”
Classical thirds want this zone near one-third of trichion-to-menton. Hairline position, bangs, and a middle part change the apparent size without touching bone. Surgical hairline lowering and brow work are medicine.
Male skulls often have more slope and brow ridge; a round vertical forehead is the other pattern. Neither is a moral fact.
