Lip filler is hyaluronic acid filler in the vermilion or the vermilion border.[1] Migration into the white lip is a documented long-term look. Philtrum length and tooth show are not syringe problems.
This wiki's view
On a male face that is trying to read as bone-forward, extra vermilion is usually costume rather than an upgrade. The encyclopedia does not treat lip filler as a default looksmaxxing tool.
