Frame in looksmaxxing means the skeleton under the muscle: shoulder width (biacromial), ribcage, wrists, clavicles — not seduction.wiki’s social frame. Clavicular took his handle from clavicle span. Most of it is done growing after adolescence (growth plate). You train the muscle on it (waist-to-shoulder ratio). You do not “framemaxx” with a chewing block.
