Charcoal study: lid–cheek hollow (Astra, 2026)
Field Face
Also known as nasojugal groove, infraorbital hollow

The tear trough is the groove where lower lid meets cheek, over the infraorbital rim. Dark circles here are pigment, thin skin, shadow from a hollow, or all three. Looksmaxxing “IOM support” is the bony/fat version of filling this trench. Fillers, fat, and rim implants are medicine; overfill is a pillow.
