Shoulder pads are garment padding at the deltoid / acromion that makes the shoulder line read wider.[1] Looksmaxxing files them as cheap frame mogging: they fake biacromial width the way a structured jacket does, without clavicles growing. 1980s tailoring and some modern outerwear still use them. A suit shoulder that actually fits is usually better than a foam brick.
Bone is clavicle and deltoid. Cloth is this page. See fashion and waist-to-shoulder ratio.
Method
Buy a jacket that fits the shoulder you have. Padding is optional fraudmaxxing for a photo. Gym width is gymmaxxing. Neither is a clavicle implant.
