Facial (treatment)
Cross-section of skin
Skin (Commons). A facial is softmaxxing skincare, not a facelift.
Field Skin
Also known as facials, chemical peel, Hydrafacial (brand)

A facial here is a treatment, not a face: extractions, peels, masks, LED, branded device hours.[1] Softmax. Useful when it is a peel or extraction a derm would recognize; theater when it is a £200 moisturize. Looksmaxxing “get facials” means skin work, not bone.

Over-peeling is a barrier injury. See skin clarity and retinoid.

Not surgery

Extraction, peel, and LED are not a SMAS dissection. See skin, retinoid, and softmaxxing.
