'''Albino Triaca''' is a Zürich maxillofacial surgeon (Klinik Pyramide am See) who described the '''mandibular wing''' / [[chin wing osteotomy]] (2010 case report in the ''British Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery''; later “new facial concept” talks).<ref name="hfm">{{cite web |url=https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC4304429/ |title=Chin wing osteotomy - a new facial concept |website=Head & Face Medicine |date=12 December 2014 |access-date=10 September 2026}}</ref> The cut lets the basal border — chin through angles — move without changing the tooth-bearing jaw or the joints. Later papers apply it to hyperdivergent class III and, in contour texts, to masculinizing or feminizing the mandibular border.

Looksmaxxing surgery tier lists borrowed the name as the osteotomy that can change gonial angle without a full bimax. That is scene ranking, not a trial. See the technique page.
