Bonesmashing is the forum claim that hitting facial bones (brow, jaw, cheek) forces microfracture and growth. It spread from looksmaxxing boards onto TikTok via streamers. Anatomists describe bruising, nerve damage, and tooth loss, not a new mandible. This encyclopedia records the claim. It does not instruct it.

Mewing is holding the tongue against the palate, claimed to improve jaw and midface over years. John and Mike Mew are orthodontists with a contested clinical story. Forums treated it as a free jaw implant. Evidence for adult bone change is weak; evidence that chronic mouth-breathing looks worse is stronger. Tongue posture is cheap. It is not a mandible migration plan.

Hunter eyes is forum slang for a periorbital bundle: deep-set globe, neutral-to-positive canthal tilt, low brow, compact almond opening, little upper-lid show. The antonym on the same boards is prey eyes. It is not zoology. The bony part is orbit depth and brow ridge; lighting and a squint fake a little. Rubbing the rim does not remodel the socket.

The PSL scale is the harsh face-rating used on looksmaxxing forums. PSL names the three boards that birthed the dialect — PUAHate, SlutHate, Lookism.net. It is a forum convention, not a clinical instrument. A 5 on PSL is not a civilian “5/10.” This wiki may mention a number as how the community talks. It does not rank living people on the Main Page.

Looksmaxxing is an online practice, out of the manosphere, aimed at maximizing physical attractiveness. The word is a 2010s incel-board neologism. It lived on the PSL forums, then broke into civilian English via TikTok and, in 2025–2026, via Clavicular. Methods run from skincare and gym (softmaxxing) to surgery and drugs (hardmaxxing). This encyclopedia treats it as a skill stack with time scales, not a caste. Forum religion does not set the lead.

Canthal tilt is whether the outer eye corner sits above, level with, or below the inner corner. Looksmaxxing treats a few degrees positive as part of hunter eyes, and negative tilt as a “sad” tell. It is mostly tendon insertion, lid laxity, and orbital rim — not a muscle you train. A rating-app “+5°” is not a diagnosis.

Zyzz (Aziz Sergeyevich Shavershian, 1989–2011) was an Australian bodybuilder and internet personality. From 2007 he posted a lean “aesthetic” look — tan, low body fat, bleached tips — on YouTube, Facebook, and 4chan’s /fit/. Later looksmaxxing boards inherited that meme years before the word existed. He died in Thailand at 22. He is a progenitor pin-up here, not a Kick coach and not a protocol.
